What is Noillirk?
Noillirk is Krillion read backwards, and it plays that way too. Krillion rewards the correct answer that almost nobody thinks of. Noillirk rewards the one that almost everybody thinks of. The prompts are the same kind of thing (name a fruit, name a bird of prey, name a sport played with a racquet), but now the safe, obvious pick is the winning one and the clever deep cut barely scores.
The name comes from a fan game, not from the Krillion team. Its creator shared it on the Krillion subreddit in September 2026, and players took to it as a way to keep playing once the daily dive was done. Since then the name has become shorthand for the whole idea, and several sites now run their own Noillirk-style games.
The game above is our take on it. It uses past Krillion prompts and the real share of players behind each answer, so "most common" means what Krillion players actually typed, not a guess.
How to play Noillirk here
- Press Start. The first prompt appears, and its 25-second clock starts with your first keystroke.
- Type an answer that fits and press Enter. Wrong answers cost nothing, so keep trying until the clock runs out.
- Only your best accepted answer counts, so you can start safe and still try for the top spot.
- You have 3 lives. A prompt that ends with no answer, or with only the rarest kind of answer, costs one.
- The run keeps going, prompt after prompt, until the last life is gone. There is no daily limit.
Noillirk scoring
Every accepted answer falls into one of six groups, based on how many Krillion players gave it. The answer nearly everyone types is Obvious and scores 100. Too clever, the pick that feels sneaky but that plenty of others also chose, scores 85. A solid Common answer scores 60, a Rare one 30, a Deep cut 15 and the rarest Gem only 10.
Those numbers are the classic Krillion ladder turned upside down, which is the whole point of the name. A Gem that would top the leaderboard in Krillion is the one answer you want to avoid here.
Tips for Noillirk
- Go with your first thought. If it popped into your head in a second, it probably did for everyone else too.
- Pick the textbook example. For "name a type of bird", eagle is Obvious while kingfisher is only Common, however much you like kingfishers.
- Stay generic. In "name a bird of prey", plain Eagle is Obvious but Bald eagle drops to Common: the more specific the answer, the fewer people typed it.
- Bank a safe answer early. Wrong guesses are free, so lock in something obvious, then use the rest of the clock to try for an even more common one.
- Skip the trick answer. For "name a fruit", tomato and avocado feel clever, and so many players had the same idea that they land in Too clever. Apple and banana are Obvious.
Noillirk FAQ
- Is this the official Noillirk?
- No. This is an independent version built on this site. It is not affiliated with the original Noillirk, with the other Noillirk sites, or with krillion.io.
- Who made Noillirk?
- A Krillion fan, who introduced it in a post on r/Krillion and said plainly that it was not made by the Krillion developers. Krillion itself is at krillion.io.
- Why is it called Noillirk?
- It is "Krillion" spelled backwards, because the scoring runs backwards too. Players also misspell it as noilirk, nollirk or niollirk; they all mean the same game.
- Is Noillirk the same as Reverse Krillion?
- Same idea, different name. Our Reverse Krillion page explains the opposite-of-Krillion scoring in more detail, and both pages share the same game and your best score.
- Is it free and unlimited?
- Yes. There is no account, no daily limit and no cost. Play as many runs as you like.
